Police and Public Safety
The Department of Police and Public Safety is a fully authorized state police agency providing both police and security services to the UNC Charlotte campus. The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX
The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX is dedicated to promoting a safe and healthy campus environment through compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and The Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus SaVE). If you or someone you know is a victim of sexual assault or interpersonal violence, Title IX staff members are available to help you. Learn more.

Dean of Students Office
The Dean of Students Office’s mission is to advance a University culture of care by assisting students in navigating the opportunities and challenges of the Niner Nation Experience. The staff can help you become involved in the University community, offer advocacy and support with issues you may be facing, and help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a student. Center for Counseling and Psychological Services
The Center for Counseling and Psychological services provides short-term individual and group counseling, crisis management, consultation, referral services, and educational and preventative initiatives for UNC Charlotte students. There is no charge for services at the center. Learn more.
